Stayed at this place for 2 nights during our 4 week stay throughout the UK. Absolutely loved it. Staff were extremely friendly. The food was amazing, especially the breakfasts. Very reasonable prices. Comfortable room. Even the locals were friendly. Was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. I often find myself wishing I was back there now I'm home in Australia.
Modern, refurbished traditional village pub. Food looked good (not tried), comfortable.Couple of well kept real ales, and usual range of kegs, lagers and ciders. Pleasant staff.Only on-street parking, which is difficult.

Food excellent sensibly priced lovely friendly atmosphere. Rooms are clean, tidy, comfy bed and will come back again. Staff willing to help and will hold a conversation with you. Parking on site.
