Took my wife to an appointment at the surgery today very busy morning clinic, my wife's got dementia the nurse who took her blood Lauren thomas was very understanding lovely young nurse, practice seems to be improving
Been driving my sister to appointments at the surgery lately instead of the hospital the warfarin clinic is excellent the two practice nurses doing it are brilliant, thanks for a great service
Nurses Rees and Thomas were full of skill yesterday with my grandson having injections he was petrified before, they had excellent communication and skill with him and gave him a certificate sticker and little gift after Lovely nurses!! reception were lovely on the desk yesterday in Christmas spirit also big improvement on the surgery!
Went here today for an appointment with the nurse. What a pleasure it was, such a lovely person she listened and done and answered every thing I needed to know.Felt sorry for the staff today as a Dr wasn't very well and couldn't came in today and yes Drs get unwell to guys and it was unreal the way some people was talking to staff cause they couldn't fit them in.WITH all the pressure that the NHS is under at the moment Try to remember guys it's not the staff fault on the desk they are trying they best.
Your nurse Laura Thomas is a little angel! She is an assett to the practice shes got such a compassionate nature my granddaughters got adhd and had to have injections she calmed her down and even made her laugh! She also looked after my grandfather the other week when he was unwell and referred him so I had to write a review! The practice is excellent, very good nurses doctors and practice manager is brilliant well done
