Bought a pram which cost 720 took my baby out at 4 days old and the strap that folds the pram snapped, staff were opologetic and we took the pram back and they lent us a old oyster pram we then waited another 4 weeks to get pram back and after many phone calls we were able to borrow the display pram,was told day after day a different story about the strap coming in and then apparently it went to the wrong store,eventually had pram back but the lady was very rude and accused us of holding the pram wrong when opening it causing the strap to break this certainly wasnt the case and she was very intimidating saying weve never had this problem before,good when buying a pram poor when you have a problem would never buy another pram from themif I could give zero star I would have
We picked & ordered a egg pram boxing day larst yr 4 my grandson due in june it came with a free scan we had this done at 32 wks & they service was fantastic we already knew it was a little boy the pictures we saw of him looked exactly like he did when he was born... 2wks before he was due we picked the pram up set it up fantastic a beautiful pram with everything we ordeared... Then my grandson was born sadly he was born sleeping.... with all the grief it was about another 2 wks later i rang the shop in nelson 2 see what could be done about a pram we sadly didnt need anymore they were so understanding they took the pram back even tho it was out of all its packaging with a full refund they also delt with us at the warehouse part so we didnt have 2 enter the shop with the happily pregnant couples choosing their prams... Thank you so very much for all your help & understanding at such a devastating time.
Great pram and accessories at a fair price. After 6 months the childseat handle broke. The customer service was excellent. Supplied a brand new replacement childseat immediately and apologised for the inconvenience. Can't fault them.
