I had been starting to stress over not finding a mother of the bride outfit until I visited Head over Heels in Nelson. The sales assistant called Margaret was a dream compared to the other shop in Penarth we had visited just before she allowed me to choose what I wanted to try on and helped me only when I asked her. If there is anything I hate it is feeling watched and rushed whilst trying such an important outfit. I would recommend this shop to anyone who likes a relaxed, easy going experiece xx

Really dissapointed with the service at head over heels nelson. . Went on a Saturday and the owner whilst apologising left us to our own devices whikst seeing to another customer who didn't buy anything, suggesting we come back another day . So informed her that we would come back tomorrow . Went back with wedding outfit and was practically ignored . We chose our own hat no help from anyone except for giving us a stick to access the hats . Funny thing was on both days I was the only one that actually bought anything. Add to that their strict no refunds or exchanges policy I don't really think the customer service is all that . Pity they have the monopoly on hats as a bit of competition may sharpen their customer care skills .After all hats are not cheap .As the mother of the bride I was very dissapointed in their couldn't care less attitude sadly.
This place is a fantastic gem. The most obliging and well stocked ladies fashion shop I have found in my search for a wedding outfit. Great size range too. Well worth a visit. The owner is extremely helpful.
